看了幾份這類產品的報告
# S( e8 g# a4 z5 M+ R! C6 ~都沒有 projectile 的 clause
5 }$ d+ r6 o1 s9 y9 q但明明它們的 stored energy 蠻強的
是否 projectile 只會考慮槍 弓箭?

4.21.1.5 The aforementioned requirements shall not apply to any discharge mechanism

说了很多，不知道是否清楚。。。有不当的请指正！
