Objectives:
$ F. _2 P) `) x5 t; Q7 S% MConduct electrical product safety test as well as performance test on electrical products according to standards or testing methods

Duties & Responsibilities:+ x. R6 W& L% }! C/ ?1 h
-Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer.
; S! t J* b& {( p3 c D0 C-Pick the samples from login clerks
# j7 X; D3 a( f) l-Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required.3 a2 ?' x2 S, W6 G" J
-Prepare test plan for lab 7 C1 o( M0 L8 L8 k6 O! x
-Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.6 h/ D( A5 U* ^7 R% `+ ^
-Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable1 Z8 t, }8 U$ R7 q& H& E
-Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, EK1, EK 9, etc…) during the tests
; r! G% }7 R. Z( E: ^( Q* }8 y. K-Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants.
( l) B1 {. L1 n9 ~6 {& U1 o7 [+ Z-Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable
; p$ ]. i( m0 s' h7 J: z0 v-Record the consumable use, if needed7 A$ h8 U, f& ]5 v
-Support and supervise if needed testing engineer to conduct testing according to relevant standards.
% Z% P- Y, x1 {+ q-Review test results / data provided by testing engineer.
N) g( F8 k) M0 N% c-Manage the samples for subcontracted tests
* E, H7 B! E' l. b-Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs7 I6 K# E; \$ [ ?2 T5 J, _
-Prepare test reports
! \5 K2 u% N3 O+ j-Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents
- k4 g- W( ^3 g- m, I-Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished: |6 C! K4 E2 \' `5 H8 ^
-Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.' I, q3 d% G# D6 Y3 w9 f! j
-Perform the lab test for the inspection team- z/ I* P, K% [& E" |) A w" q' h
-Update the folder status in Bistra
) G1 ]- e6 u, O: E9 ?/ t7 R# ?: X0 Z! I4 W; ~% ~6 Y5 }. \" o9 f
