4.14.1.1  自回缩拖拉绳－－对于供 18 个月以下儿童使用玩具上绳索牵引机构的可触及绳索，

第一个图片的绳子有附着物，可以与玩具主体缠绕成环，需要满足绳长小于300mm的要求
