Position summary:
7 e- P @6 A& c! T) y @Make and actualize the workshop plans. Lead the followers.7 M- h/ z* I+ m* y" g
Responsibilities:
* ~ Z6 ^" r$ b) d, c1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks. A0 L. u7 f& n t7 L# n/ t
2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.
8 q" Z: h) g' o1 {; Y& e5 z3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans2 H; I: ~, Q. [
4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.
8 y3 A6 k8 g2 m5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.

7、 Help the manager doing management works and improve the management system.

* v' u+ J- g9 gEducational background :& g; V e: ^; h9 A/ q$ Y; y" X+ b
Undergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors.
7 ?, P4 T( l( g8 Q( `Training experience:
; v6 a6 M* T& p" ]* N3 a% l: gHave corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.
/ q7 k; Q$ y! m6 u/ WWorking Experience:9 x, a3 v. ?' d5 V5 ]1 C. _: W
3-5 years on relevant positions
3 A: a" M* R7 v' aWorking Skills :% N& d4 l1 r$ a: G' |: L
Familiar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.
