The standards referenced include a test commonly referred to as a plug discharge or capacitor. v0 C3 I M% {8 [ G% n& O
discharge test that involves disconnecting the product under test from the mains and6 i- [$ j1 ` c
measuring the residual voltage across a capacitor(s) at a specified time. The intent in each of
! c3 O" [( h/ X4 N7 m8 M+ Sthe referenced standards is the same – measure the maximum voltage obtainable at the time
