Objectives:
Conduct electrical product safety test as well as performance test on electrical products according to standards or testing methods

3 d3 z  r' ^1 a8 v: h: mDuties & Responsibilities:
3 c8 ^4 G  U6 v% _' u- Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer.
7 ~3 d9 D* K3 j8 ^3 w' l- Pick the samples from login clerks
- Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required.
! K  \$ e& @1 d- Prepare test plan
: v+ {3 w/ s& R' G- Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.
& h, e+ `: J1 J" u, W- Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable
- Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, etc…) during the tests
8 @& n+ x" M# n! v: z# ?- Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants.
! g2 ~# ~9 B) P# k7 F1 R" U- Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable
) @8 p6 ?2 {: j- m- Record the consumable use, if needed
& `. H! K2 \, p" A: y- Support and supervise if needed Lab. Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards.
- Review test results / data provided by Lab. Technicians.- Manage the samples for subcontracted tests
. m- w( w, D4 S! e4 k. _3 P" h- Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs

" G' q: Y$ `) b' L2 L" _- Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents
  k& O6 @. k+ B9 |8 l( S- Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished
& S( k4 [3 r+ j" m: ^" [! Z* M- Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.Quality
- Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China
7 ?8 y. r! F2 l1 U- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills and Requirements:

: O/ Q  |/ J  x+ Z! c- Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods.
% ^& }2 b/ x, d3 i' E) }$ ^- Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.

3 g6 e( I- B7 }0 k8 K- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).

- Working knowledge of IEC / EN / UL standards relating to electrical products.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
; _& L  V. O, ]# @( O6 @8 M# `# y- Knowledge of testing of electrical products from laboratory / manufacturing.

Education & Experience:
. w( G7 q4 c( X4 W* ~2 E$ m- High Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering.
. q9 @. V0 F; S0 [! D- 1 to 2 years of working experience in electrical product safety testing.
- Good knowledge of electrical product safety
  p; F) p! g4 `2 h- English speaking and writing candidate will be favored.
