1）新标准的Dop日期之后，Dow之前，产品还能不能按旧标准申请认证？
5 a% b# P+ V3 Y6 Y! \8 a2）新标准的Dop日期之后，Dow之前，如果由于产品的结构改变，需要更新已有的报告，能否不考虑新标准，只在旧标准的报告上更新报告？8 L" K9 D( Q/ L% z9 d: o+ w

Cenelec网站上的官方解释是：

各成员国出版或采用为国家标准的最晚日期，同时也是标准的生效日期。
