谁知道19 CFR 134美国原产地标示要求--急！

在客户的资料里有这么一句话：
Shall indicate country of origin legibly, permanently, and in comparable size and close proximity to any mention of country other than country in which the article was manufactured or produced .Must be visible at point of purchase
它适用的法规是19 CFR 134，谁能知道以上原产国到底是如何标示的。特别是中间那句话要如何理解。

更正：“Shall indicate country of origin legibly, permanently, and in comparable size and close proximity to any mention of country other than country in which the article was manufactured or produced .Must be visible at point of purchase” 這段話表述不是很合適，其要求就是：country of origin 應當是清晰的、與背景形成對比且在銷售時容易被消費者看見。

直译：在原产地标示文章中，原产地信息相对于靠近的或类似大小的非生产或制造国家信息，必须显而易见，永久性地标示。必须在用户购买时清楚地显示。

简单点说就是：原产地要显而易见，永久性地表示。
简单点做就是：标示：Made In China

PART 134--COUNTRY OF ORIGIN MARKING--Table of Contents

Subpart E--Method and Location of Marking Imported Articles

Sec. 134.46 Marking when name of country or locality other than country of origin appears.

In any case in which the words ``United States,'' or ``American,''
the letters ``U.S.A.,'' any variation of such words or letters, or the name of any city or location in the United States, or the name of any foreign country or locality other than the country or locality in which the article was manufactured or produced appear on an imported article or its container, and those words, letters or names may mislead or deceive the ultimate purchaser as to the actual country of origin of the article, there shall appear legibly and permanently in close proximity
to such words, letters or name, and in at least a comparable size, the name of the country of origin preceded by ``Made in,'' ``Product of,'' or other words of similar meaning.
