10.1.1 Compliance shall be checked by inspection and the following:

这部分看过两个翻译稿，觉得都不到位。哪位能给个比较标准的理解？

問題一我的理解:對於插頭帶3芯有接地線者將其線裁成150mm，在插頭的接地PIN與接地芯線末端，施加AC12V以下25A電流60S，其阻抗須在0.05歐姆以下! 其要求所說的就是指提及的插頭接地PIN與接地芯線末端金屬導體處。

問題二待我找到圖面再研究看看...

要求为：The resistance between the earthing terminal or termination and any other nominated metal part shall not exceed 0.05 欧

即接地端子或端头与其它规定为接地部件之间的接地电阻不大于0.05欧姆。这与IEC60884-1一致。

而前面是接地导线最远端与接地插销最远端，及接地导线最远端与其它接地部件。

. w, G- R1 J3 x( b* N9 L7 G3 q. b3 b7 v如果按要求来说，用接地电阻仪的两个夹子一个夹在接地端子或端头上，另一夹子夹住插头接地插销或其它接地金属部件，根本没涉及到接地导线。

這個測試就要參照Insulation resistance的要求方式去測。
