In case that the measured minimum or maximum value is exceeding or is below the limit value for
4 }1 `3 B+ W8 U+ ~more than 30%, the value given in the TRF should be >[minimum required value + 30%] or should
, r# w7 D+ I3 A) I/ L' Pbe < [maximum required value - 30%]. The accuracy of the used instruments is in line with CTL, c# A2 }# R9 e2 X  o) a5 [
DSH 251B or better.
% D; C4 ], b" bFor example measurement of insulation resistance:

For example measurement of leakage current:

- The real current is below 0.35 mA;, @( I5 D& L$ {( ~1 W  @
The value given in the TRF should be < 0.35 mA.
1 m$ J5 H# x3 [The following two situations are allowed:7 z0 }: E+ M' t9 L8 w
1 – The meter reading is less than the smallest measurable graduation on a meter scale. For! @( u! Q( w& e! w0 T5 s9 T' I
example, touch current measured was less that 0.1 mA.5 Z" M0 y- m+ k3 K/ h
2 – In checking creepage and clearance distances with a probe the same dimension as the3 i6 s4 J# O) P' T
requirements. For example, creepage and clearance distances were greater than 0.8 mm.
