Can a simple screw, adjustable by the user, be considered effective as a protection against twisting of the cord?

According to the standard, it is acceptable for a screw to be used to prevent the wiring twisting more than 360°. In case the user has to assemble the luminaire, the construction must be clearly indicated in the instruction manual.
