Duties & Responsibilities: * k( K# {* |0 ~- L
- Communicate with the inspection coordinator to make sure fully understanding the requirements on our offer (clients’ special requirements, sample size, safety standards, technical documents etc.); 5 ]0 U5 u. U. Z$ A& E9 W8 S
- Inspection preparation (inspection tools, history record etc.);
$ K! P+ e- Y# P: C9 A% f3 Q" M- Carry out the product inspection according to the requirements of the client / safety standards /LCIE China protocol /LCIE China checklist can finish independently and issue report in time; 4 k& D9 t) l; d( D5 P! U$ U
- Prepare the inspection report and make the impartial conclusion;
5 k: O: A. E3 ^; v7 L- Communicate with the factory representative about the defects found during inspection and inspection conditions in factory;
4 ^" W' J1 U4 i) n6 H: s- Report the unexpected matter in time during inspection to inspection manager or related inspection coordinator;
' q: k! a0 a l1 ?- Z- Perform sample control according to the requirements of the client / safety standards / LCIE China protocol / LCIE China checklist in office and issue report in time; & c/ \2 [% b# U8 f2 y. |
- Support the test team to finish the testing and issue report in time; 6 a2 Z1 m& R& p6 P f3 G) I
- Subcontracting the marking review to Technical team;
3 Y- @$ H2 E- b* J, g" O- Finish the tasks assigned by inspection manager;

- Participate the discussion of standard, compiling and updating check list;

- Understand the inspection procedures; , Z. m5 O: i$ [9 l$ p8 f+ b9 _
- Basic inspection skills (knowledge of the product concerning the function & safety standards, knowledge of inspection tools and instruments);
9 {: Y- ^7 O9 n& H4 F) n/ @. D- Be able to do inspection independently; / W* P1 o2 I4 p( }, _ O7 r$ `
- Can work under pressure (supplier /factory…); / g/ a2 H, Q5 w* `2 X7 x& Z. j; {
- Strong communication skills with client/ supplier /factory /inspection engineer /other staff; * N" F: p( n5 _" H& [4 v
- Willing to travel frequently w8 \5 b+ ~& i' C' N. J1 D( d$ A* i
7 O" \" w9 w6 h2 f' u! i+ FEducation & Experience:
8 Q3 n3 J. x! m5 L) _/ B- Bachelor degree major in Electrical / Mechanical or similar fields; 7 i' M c& [" h5 [. N1 P: _
- 2-3 years of experiences in quality control on electrical /mechanical products;
6 |/ F1 M# {4 ^! S! Z- Good mandarin, English CET-4 or above, be able to read and write related inspection reports /safety standards; & [' q7 _& h. x. Y0 R
- Good knowledge of the office software, e.g. Word, Excel…7 F9 t6 v9 p" {6 D
