现在有个样品,是塑胶外面电镀了铜,铬,镍。7 a6 j$ U& G$ B
电镀层可以用物理方法分离,现在存在一个问题。
! G/ W9 {1 _: p做ASTM F963 有害金属溶出测试7 u# Z+ d- F! M3 }! }6 G' A
在不同的检测公司做测试,却存在两种不一样的判断和测试结果* T5 Q" I& }0 l8 a: J; g8 ~
一种为:不用做此标准的溶出测试,因为是电镀层是不用测试的;
5 l% o8 l7 v( `! C/ o% ?4 h0 }5 y第二种为:需要做电镀层溶出测试,并且与涂层做法一样,那边说用机械方式能把电镀层
' ]5 P' O2 T5 |, I. }与基材分离。

超标就超标呗,可以换一批样。5 j2 |( v$ p& n3 D1 k* ^9 f
但是有两种答复,真的不知道哪种会更准确。1 K7 m+ N9 h0 K7 f
于是后来自己查阅了,13CFR1303.2提到了相关涂层的定义范围/ {9 t" i8 V4 E0 u% k8 S* B
(1) Paint and other similar surface-coating materials means a fluid, semi-fluid, or other material, with or without a suspension of finely divided coloring matter, which changes to a solid film when a thin layer is applied to a metal, wood, stone, paper, leather, cloth, plastic, or other surface. This term does not include printing inks or those materials which actually become a part of the substrate, such as the pigment in a plastic article, or those materials which are actually bonded to the substrate, such as by electroplating or ceramic glazing. o1 p6 z2 P( w
但是定义比较模糊,相更清楚的了解是要测试还是不用测试,根据哪个标准条款?还是依据什么方式
