现在有一个3V手持式设备在做61010-2-101测试, 要求提供 ASTM D4169的报告,
0 x* ?1 z' I; Y9 B1 M但是我看了一下标准, 我认为我们的设备是满足如下条件的(equipment shall not cause a HAZARD during
8 k7 ~8 x1 D* v5 t  q' DNORMAL USE  after transport or storage in the conditions specified by the manufacturer),一个手持式低压设备能有什么风险呢???是否可以免除4169的报告呢?
当然我也理解要求做是合理的,只是想看一下其他机构是否也这么要求,谢谢!

3 e. V; i- }2 sWhen delivered in the manufacturer’s packaging, equipment shall not cause a HAZARD during
6 W; U; V) W( K) C# y3 s. GNORMAL USE  after transport or storage in the conditions specified by the manufacturer
$ F- q/ c9 ?3 Q(see 5.1.101 and 5.4.101).
If the manufacturer assumes responsibility for delivery and installation, the above requirement
is met without inspection of test records.
4 P2 x) N) z, S( qConformity is checked by inspection of records of transport tests performed by the
3 ^7 i( m+ S% p" \, K3 T. ?manufacturer.

除了电击危害，其他的呢，比如防火。-2-101不管性能，那么运输过程对你们的IVD的性能是不是有影响，检测精度？
所以4169是要做的
