- Communicate with the inspection coordinator to make sure fully understanding the requirements on our offer (clients’ special requirements, sample size, safety standards, technical documents etc.);
* L" t8 ]9 L' e7 e- Inspection preparation (inspection tools, history record etc.); 3 m0 g0 s) {6 N* K1 q! D2 I+ Q
- Carry out the product inspection according to the requirements of the client / safety standards /LCIE China protocol /LCIE China checklist can finish independently and issue report in time;
- h4 l+ `9 y7 M# n# ?1 }- Prepare the inspection report and make the impartial conclusion;
3 f4 U9 B# T6 [2 V) x- Communicate with the factory representative about the defects found during inspection and inspection conditions in factory; $ l. |; c2 s0 ^3 ^
- Report the unexpected matter in time during inspection to inspection manager or related inspection coordinator;
' `0 d* e5 p2 @* G- Perform sample control according to the requirements of the client / safety standards / LCIE China protocol / LCIE China checklist in office and issue report in time; 2 [; X: H+ |, b9 H* e+ V
- Support the test team to finish the testing and issue report in time; T7 s7 y g: O3 ^' }. J: I, F2 P1 Q
- Subcontracting the marking review to Technical team;
9 e6 k0 O: x4 w- T% s: q3 `; }& |- Finish the tasks assigned by inspection manager;
* x2 x* W- |3 j- Keep the inspection tools in good condition;
8 m- G! @6 T& J1 h$ e% i- Participate the discussion of standard, compiling and updating check list; ! d H3 g( h- h \! A
- Comply with the Quality procedures; 5 P: D& L4 R' l- W6 j5 V

- Understand the inspection procedures; * J# a: L. D$ n: d# j2 H
- Basic inspection skills (knowledge of the product concerning the function & safety standards, knowledge of inspection tools and instruments); ) K' Y7 c: V2 m E
- Be able to do inspection independently; 9 Z0 W) B% r; x# K4 l
- Can work under pressure (supplier /factory…);
8 e- s' O- d+ Z3 T% j- Strong communication skills with client/ supplier /factory /inspection engineer /other staff; - @- [2 |+ I" d0 P2 S) V, O
- Willing to travel frequently 3 ?/ U" z7 V/ I. Z1 _7 b0 x& M
2 I7 V' w/ ]2 sEducation & Experience:
. v H% D5 s- C+ q. t+ j) v( @/ L- Bachelor degree major in Electrical / Mechanical or similar fields;
! [, p* K2 B; [- e: E! \ Y2 m- 2-3 years of experiences in quality control on electrical /mechanical products;
8 D5 J1 h# j4 H; X" s. N6 [- Good mandarin, English CET-4 or above, be able to read and write related inspection reports /safety standards; + x- Y0 \; R6 L4 I7 `$ Q3 k
- Good knowledge of the office software, e.g. Word, Excel… @2 |( O$ }6 p! q% s1 S$ B
