求助：意大利食品卫生测试
各位看看意大利食品卫生测试是否有此要求，回偶不是很明白，多谢！Rack is made in cold steel, nobelium and nickel plating
The sample is rated as fail due to an excessive migration of Nickel. (we will send you the final report by tomorrow.)
We had the follow suggestion if tray and crumb tray is made in cold steel, aluminum plating.
In Italy there is a national law concerned to the object intended to come in contact with food made of aluminum(DMS n° 76 18 April 2007).
This legislation required a purity level of aluminum used (not migration tests are required)
Therefore it is necessary a declaration of the MFR about the type aluminum used for the plating of the item.
the possibility are two
a) aluminum
b) aluminum alloy
for the category a)the requirements are
1)aluminum more or equal than 99 %
2) Iron + siliciummax 1,0 %
3) Coppermax 0.10 % if Cr and /or Mn > 0.05 %
4) Coppermax 0.20 % if Cr and /or Mn < 0.05 %
5) other metals (eg. Cr,Mg,Mn,Ni,Zn) max 0.1 % each 一般说来，如果是食品容器方面的产品出口到意大利，在金属方面，要求最多的也只是针对不锈钢的产品（Stainless steel)，测试对象为Migration of Ni&Cd;
你现在是想要从更换材料达到测试的要求，是吗？ 我们使用的材料是镀铝板，不能通过上述的测试，客户建议我们使用不锈钢，但价格会贵很多。由于我从来没做过意大利的食品级安全测试，不了解，但镀铝板做LFGB都没问题，所以我想了解一下意大利的食品安全级测试是怎么一回事，怎么做最容易通过。 意大利食品级测试，塑胶与硅胶产品的测试要求是怎么样的？有没有相关的资料共享一下呀？
