变压器内部结构设计时要注意什么？

UL60950：
Where two winding wires, or one winding wire and another wire, are in contact inside the wound
component, crossing each other at an angle between 45° and 90° and subject to winding
tension, protection against mechanical stress shall be provided. This protection can be
achieved, for example, by providing physical separation in the form of insulating sleeving or
sheet material, or by using double the required number of insulation layers.

如图中，次级三层绝缘线，1. 初级与次级线算是45与90度之间吗？标准里面是说接触，初次级没有接触呀（a. 有一点距离所以没接触 b. 变压器骨架初级线附近有一个凸起塑胶挡住了次级线，也就是说次级线不会跟初级线接触）标准说的是45-90 度，其实角度怎么参考？我是说两线相交，可以说是135度呀或其他角度呀？参考0度在哪里？

2. 初级线要加绝缘套管吗？或加marign tape 吗？

3. 初级与初级间（或次级与次级）
相交45-90度，算是标准说的那个情况吗？

4. 什么时候变压器次级三层绝缘线前面那段要加绝缘套管？

初级的出线要加套管，因为你用的不是三层绝缘线，为的是避免磨损，这里的出线就是90度，还有就是相交的地方，如果是90度角的话，也是需要加套管的，当然三层绝缘线可以除外。

这是我的理解，不对之处还请指正。

1. 在这里，两线相交的角度范围在0~90度之间，不要去考虑钝角，没有意义。
2. 从左到右的4根pin脚编号为a，b，c，d。其中a的引线与淡黄色的三重绝缘线的夹角明显接近90度，处于45~90度角范围之内；b的引线在45度附近，有争议；d的两根引线与三重绝缘线的夹角也接近90度。
3. 根据第2点分析，a和d的引线需加套管或绝缘胶带裹住，b的引线角度有争议，保险措施也和a、d一样，省得去争论什么。

所过在次级三层绝缘线上加套管是不是等同于你说的做法呢?
