变压器用在家用最终产品中是否需要另外做测试？很多人都有这个疑问，到底自己的最终产品送去认证机构测试，里面的变压器需不需要另外收费，需不需要另外测试，很多人都有类似疑问，解释如下：
! |5 m1 v+ G! f% |6 J4 S1）根据最终产品的结构来判断，如果变压器的次级是可以用测试手指碰到的话，那么变压器就需要是安全隔离变压器，对于欧洲需要满足en/iec 61558-2-6;对于美加，满足ul 1585; 如果该变压器没有相应标准的认证证书，那么需要按以上标准另外测试，费用另计；
( P. j0 ?3 ]( U+ i, p5 L2）如果变压器的次级没有测试手指可以碰到的话，那么变压器没有证书也可以，当然结构还是要满足最终产品的要求，对于欧洲，做随机测试，不需要另外收费；对于美加，做UL 506（construction only），需要另外收费。
( J6 L; C- ^; S, k& \    备注：UL1310,UL1310是针对Class 2 Power unit，也就是说对于美加开关电源才用这个标准，单独的变压器是不使用这个标准的。 对欧洲家用电器开关电源做随机测试，需要另收费，要满足的章节和结构就很多了，不赘述。
$ H0 |7 K3 ^3 H: C: K9 Y8 e' F; j0 x3）一般安全隔离变压器都是使用抽屉式的结构，用bobbin来绝缘隔离初次级，这时bobbin需要2mm厚度，初次级之间需要满足R/D insulation。如果只是一般的变压器（就是说不用安全隔离的话）那么变压器的初次级只需要B insulation就够了，基本绝缘对于固体绝缘没有厚度要求，主要满足初次级的cl/cr basic insulation 就ok.
1 Y: x8 Z% C* B  m1 J       一般在最终产品申请认证时里面的一些部件需不需要另外收取费用的判断依据是：是否需要引用其他标准做不包含在最终产品的标准测试范围内的测试。

e)    Transformers for use with high intensity discharge lamps, which are evaluated in accordance with the Standard for High-Intensity-Discharge Lamp Ballasts, UL 1029.

不管单独认证与否,整机一起,有些测试还是要做的.

具体问题具体分析。
6 e5 b! v/ l) g不只是变压器，需要这样考虑。其它的也需要这样考虑。
例如，前不久，我做一台LCD TV的CB，设备内的开关电源板是有单独的认证的。
可是发证公司仍是补做了个别测试---将开关电源板放于TV中（即应用环境中时）的温升测试。
