看了寒烟翠以下链接的文章后，真是受益颇多。只是对试验稳定条件建立时所对应的时间没有明确的定义。

UL1278:

A temperature is considered to be constant  when three successive readings, taken at intervals of 10 percent of the previously elapsed duration of the  test (but not less than 5-minute intervals), indicate no change.
4. 引用寒烟翠：所谓的稳定的意思是一个小时内温度上升不超过1度就可以停止测试，当然是指所有的点；不知是通标EN60335中哪个章节？5.UL1082第33.1.8条等等

在IEC 60335﹣1通标中没有针对试验的稳定状态作出详细的解释
在一些特标中会规定出试验截至的状态

稳定分两种，一种是达到一定限值后不再升高，另一种是动态的平衡（波动在一定范围内）
针对第一种情况严格来说是要温升在一定时间内不超过一定值，比如一小时一度，但在实际操作起来非常困难，那么采用十分钟内上升不超过一度或两度，最后取值比实测温升高五度。
针对第二种情况要采取多周期测量，反复重复几次，会有一个周期是最高峰，取值就取最高峰的峰值
: m! @; ]7 d" O9 ?. u3 `* ?要是纯从标准来说我认为IEC体系与UL体系不能完全适用，标准不能针对所有器具进行规定
