更换光源时，或安装，或维护、修理时要拆开的，都要进行
IEC标准里是这样的，UL不是很熟悉

大多是用于固定安装挂板的用于把灯固定在壁上的,美洲等国家不适用,只是国内及欧洲等地方用的多

其實在安規認證時，這類測試一般是不做的。

如果是欧规的灯具做的特别多。特别是地灯和台灯。下面的压线夹带的自功螺丝就要扭力测试

自攻螺丝扭力测试（self-threading screw torque test）：
$ R: C. b5 P# H, ~+ N4 k8 `1。测试对象
5.10.2 Self-threading screws, including sheet-metal screws, used to secure electrical or enclosure component parts in place or together, shall comply with the self-threading screw torque test in Clause 16.14, when the screw threads into nonferrous metal or polymeric material.
当自螺纹螺丝和铁板牙螺丝用来固定电气或外壳部件在一起时，且这些螺丝是拧入非铁金属或聚合物材料时，这些螺丝就要符合这个测试要求；
- G0 y& }2 r0 F5.10.3 A self-threading or sheet metal screw used for mounting or supporting a part that weighs more than 3.4 kg (7.5 lb) per screw shall comply with the self-threading screw torque test in Clause 16.14.
当自螺纹螺丝或铁板牙螺丝用来安装或支撑重量超过每个螺丝3.4kg时，这些螺丝就要符合这个测试要求；
2.测试的方法。
16.14.1 Self-threading or sheet metal screws may be used if threads are not stripped when the screw is tightened with a torque of 3.39 N·m (30 lb·in) and if the part or the assembly supported by the screw withstands for 1 min a force equal to four times the mass of the part or assembly, applied in a direction coincident with the axis of the screw.
测试方法:     用3.39N.m（30lb.in）的扭力扭紧螺丝, 并在装配表面的螺丝轴向施加于四倍于装配物重量, 螺蚊应不受破坏。
