电动轮椅用电源的要求, 是否一定是Class II类机构

Battery chargers that are not mounted on the wheelchair and that are intended for wheelchair batteries shall meet the requirements of Class 2 of IEC 335-2-29 and shall be moisture resistant to IEC 529-IPX1 (drip proof).

电动轮椅标准有以上的语句, 电动轮椅用电源的要求, 是否一定是Class II类机构? 还是?

没读过这个标准，
如果标准其他位置没有给出特别说明的话，单从这句话的意思应该是吧
不过我觉得应该注意文中说的是“that are not mounted on the wheelchair”

楼上这位可能清楚EN 12184有了更新的2009版，的确这个版本中对充电器的安装的定义也发生了一些变化，仅有carry-on与on-board两种，而后者的电气安全需使用EN60601-1:2006的适用条款以及按照EN61000-3-2:2002评估EMC。对于非on-board的轮椅充电器主要电气安全要求以及测试方法需要按照ISO 7176-14:1997(非2008)来验证。

如果对新标准解读没有错误的话，在新的标准要求中，9.5 d）中要求IP等级达到4，在做完IPX4的测试后按照EN 60335 对Class II 设备的测试电压等级来进行Hi-pot测试。

新标准EN 12184:2009 如下:
Battery chargers for wheelchairs shall conform to the requirements of ISO 7176-14:1997 that apply to battery
chargers, together with the following provisions:
a) battery chargers shall indicate when charging is in progress and when charging is complete;
b) battery chargers shall have the capability of charging batteries discharged to 70 % of their nominal
voltage;
c) battery chargers shall operate without the need for intervention or supervision apart from connecting and
turning on at the start of charging and turning off and disconnecting at the end of charging;
d) carry-on and on-board battery chargers shall meet the environmental protection requirements of IPX4
when tested in accordance with EN 60529:1991 and meet the Class II Test Voltage requirements of
EN 60335-1:2002 concluding the test.
