60065软化实验判断依据

7.2节里的在正常使用是，载流大于0.2A的或者由于接触不良而可能产生大量热的部件要通过150C，但是标准没有具体的测试方法和判断依据，在这里请教一下~？

不是说了研究中，范围大，定不下来。125度球压试验过了就不理它了。

参考标准ISO 306进行测试，对载流大于0.2A的和主电源相部件必做要满足150度的软化温度测试，而不是像2楼所说的"过125度球压就不理它了"

大致就是对绝缘材料加温，当材料出现变形时，记录温度
这个温度不可以低于150

65里面此测试是油浸测试跟950的测试方法完全不同的。主要是仪器设备的问题

在烤箱里测试，怎么确定变形？那么直接加热到150C，取出，看是否变形不就得了吗？

the softening temperature of the material is determined on a separate specimen, under the conditions
specified in ISO 306 with a heating rate of 50 °C/h and modified as follows:
– the depth of penetration is 0,1 mm;
– the total thrust of 10 N is applied before the dial gauge is set to zero or its initial reading noted.

测试是把材料放在高温的油里面，油温每小时升50C，材料上面有一个深度探针对材料施加向下10N的力，当探针穿刺深度达到0.1mm时的油温就是材料的软化温度点。
