园林工具说明书中关于噪音值的问题

有限公司提供：

各位，例如割草机Lawn mower产品，说明书要标噪音值，
请问具体要写哪些噪音值？
声压值？声功率值？耳旁噪音值？
有不确定度K么？
为什么要写入这些值？具体参照什么标准或者指令？

机械指令和噪声指令

对。需要噪声指令。原因是用于室外作业的机械设备，需要单独进行噪声评估（所有的机械设备在说明书中都要做出说明）。
ISO 3746-1995 声学声压法测定噪声源声功率级反射面上方采用包络测量表面的简易法
ISO 11202-1995 Acoustics-Noise emitted by machinery and equipment

这两个是相关噪声标准。可以参考参考

园林工具在CE里面是根据2000/14/EC来确定测试方法，具体是declaration 还是limited请参考该指令。
安全标准里的噪音与指令2000/14/EC里的要求是不一样的。

CE认证的产品说明书上需要标声压值，声功率值和不确定度K值，其他国家就不知道了。

基于机械指令2006/42/EC,说明书必需有:

(u) the following information on airborne noise emissions:
— the A-weighted emission sound pressure level at workstations, where this exceeds 70 dB(A); where
this level does not exceed 70 dB(A), this fact must be indicated,
— the peak C-weighted instantaneous sound pressure value at workstations, where this exceeds 63 Pa
(130 dB in relation to 20 μPa),
— the A-weighted sound power level emitted by the machinery, where the A-weighted emission sound
pressure level at workstations exceeds 80 dB(A).
