1）图片上插头连接器依据的检测标准是IEC60320-1还是IEC60320和IEC60320-2-2 ？

IEC60320-2-2 的standard sheet E 也是插座, 但是指用於有連接線那種(CONNECTOR).

8 {0 E2 G3 v* n& t% K# aANS: 由於你生產的是插座(裝於成品上的), 此IEC60320-2-2 中的21 -0.5+0 mm尺寸就不適用了.
英文"APPLIANCE INLET"和"CONNECTOR"是很大的分別.

從IEC60320-1 standard sheet C14 頁中:
The outline 3) shall be at a distance of 17 −1
5 x: |2 \0 s* i0 mm from the engagement face at the bottom of the inlet. The distance from the engagement face at the bottom of the inlet to plane A-A may, however, be less elsewhere within the area 1). Plane A-A need not necessarily be extended to the outline of area 1). A rim which is slightly rounded on top is allowed around the recess if it has a thickness of at least 1,5 mm. Retaining devices or parts thereof may be within the area 1). No other parts of the inlet may protrude beyond plane A-A.

即表示壁厚最少1.5mm, 額外當然還需可通過其它耐壓和物理強度測試.

标准应该参照60320-1的C14

320-1适用的是器具输入插座；320-2适用的是插头连接器（带电源线的）。
+ J8 m0 f0 T0 x1 |  A( `, t' C% Z* }很多人把这两个标准搞错，经常是误把320-2，也就是standard sheet E 当成C14，甚至认证机构也经常发错证书。
