Crimping

We are a powercord producer .According to the brand new VDE0620-1:2010 plug standards we need a testing machine in order to perform tests at crimping processes.The crimped plugs before injection must be controlled as :
- The crimp position
- Crimp height or
- Removal force or
- Voltage drop of the crimp connection
