1、在进行WORKING VOLTAGE 测试时，示波器能测：最大值，最小值，RMS值和Vp-p值，60950是要Vp值来定Cl和Cr,按理Vp=Vp-p/2,但有时候两点间电压只有正电压或负电压，所以此时取Vp值，就会小很多，因此，我认为取最大值或最小值的绝对值同样合理。请问是否妥当？
2、60950 clause 2.6.3.4 a) for equipment powered from a mains supply,if the protective current rating of the circuit under test (see 2.6.3.3)i 16A or less,the test current is 200% of the protective current rating applied for 120s. 比如说我的产品中有个appliance inlet ,其中接地PIN的额定值是2.5A,所以测试电流施加5A就OK了，是否正确？

1. 工作电压的Vp值应用最大值或最小值两的最大数值(不考虑电压的正负极性), 例如测量电压的最大值为456V, 最小值为-505V, 则Vp值就是505V;
2. 首先可以肯定的告诉你, 你的这种理解不正确. 其标准要求的是PROTECTIVE CURRENT RATING值的2倍, 需这个值并不是你所理解的2.5A, 而是指是的产品所用的保护电路的RATING值, 在标准的2.6.3.3条款中有说明, 如下:
a) For PLUGGABLE EQUIPMENT TYPE A, the PROTECTIVE CURRENT RATING is the rating of an
overcurrent protective device provided external to the equipment (for example, in the
building wiring, in the mains plug or in an equipment rack) to protect the equipment, with a
minimum of 16 A.
NOTE 1 In most countries, 16 A is considered to be suitable as the PROTECTIVE CURRENT RATING of the circuit.
NOTE 2 In Canada and the United States, the PROTECTIVE CURRENT RATING of the circuit is taken as 20 A.
NOTE 3 In the United Kingdom, the current rating of the circuit shall be taken as 13 A, not 16 A

在2.6.3中的
c) For any of the above equipment, the PROTECTIVE CURRENT RATING is the rating of an
overcurrent protective device, if provided in or as part of the equipment, that protects the
circuit or part required to be earthed.
另外在 abc 三个条款前还有这么句话：
It shall be taken as
the smallest of a) or b) or c), as applicable.
所以还是要取舍其中的较小值。另外应该不是指保险丝的额定值。应该是that protects the
circuit or part required to be earthed.

从你的这份报告上来看, 2.6.3.4这个条款的测试是错误的, 你应该找发报告认证机构修改报告.
