Rectifier整流桥属于LAMP CONTROLGEAR吗?
我的一个客户说我的整流桥属于controlgear 要加做should be do abnormal test of short circuit of output terminals of Diodes bridge,
so if without miniatur fuse connect with diode, it will have some problem.(EN 61347-1-13)

他提到保险装置,这个我们是要改善.

若不属于LAMP CONTROLGEAR; 整流桥属于哪个标准呢?谢谢!

关于这个问题, 首先有必要了解下控制器标准是如何定义的:

lamp controlgear (英文原版)
one or more components between the supply and one or more lamps which may serve to
transform the supply voltage, limit the current of the lamp(s) to the required value, provide
starting voltage and preheating current, prevent cold starting, correct power factor or reduce
radio interference.

灯控制器(中文翻译)
连接在电源和一支或若干支灯之间用来变换电源电压,限制灯的电流至规定值,提供启动电压和预热电流,防止冷启动,校正功率因数或降低无线干扰的一个或若干个部件.

你这整流出来接上灯,由AC变为DC, 起变换电源电压的作用, 也是控制器的一个部分.

这个已有做 61347-1/2-11;passed; 但客户说要"short circuit of out terminals" according to EN 61347-2-13 clause 16.2 c
(这个整流桥就是桥接的二极管,没有加其他的, 是否要再加个FUSE什么的呢?)

如果后面连接的是LED，就要做EN 61347-2-13

根据你的描述, 对于接LED灯的控制器输出要做短路测试, 这点标准16.1章节第C条款有说到.

c) The output terminals of the controlgear shall be short-circuited.
If the controlgear is designed with multiple output circuits, each pair of corresponding
output terminals for connecting a LED module shall be short-circuited in turn.

一般从安全角度考虑都会在初级L线上加保险丝,

当短路时, 不会对影响安全, 不会冒出烟雾或产品可燃气体.
the controlgear shall show no defect impairing safety, nor shall any smoke or flammable gases be produced.

为什么要做61347-2-13，这类产品只需要做61347-2-11就可以了。估计你是被人家当水鱼了

考虑rectifier和灯具的连接方式，可能有两种测试标准，一个是62031，一个是61347-2-13，具体看62031的附图就明白了，但是绝对不会是61347-2-11的，只有在产品光源为非LED，才可能是61347-2-11，当然此时也就不需要用rectifier了，请6楼tx知悉
