ETL风筒温升测试方法

我公司现在有一款风筒在一家认证公司做试验，做出风口温升测试没有通过。他们告诉我司的测试方法是在前壳离出风口25.4MM处钻一小孔测试其温度。我以前做UL测试是在离出风口25.4MM处取UL测试板上5点的平均值。请问这两者测试方法是不是可以等效呢？

依据标准UL859 中的要求，有下列要求;
39.3.1.1 A hand-supported hair dryer is to be placed on a flat, horizontal, softwood surface
covered with two layers of white tissue paper, and operated until constant temperatures are
attained. During this test, both the heating element and the blower are to be operating.
The position of the dryer is to be such (considering the possibilities of actual service) that the
maximum temperature will be produced on the paper-covered supporting surface.
The temperature rise on the paper shall not exceed 125°C (225°F).

这里面明确说明; 风筒工作到稳定状态后，这段时间记录的纸面温度最高值为125度，所以LZ
所说的去平均值的方法是不可取的，应该选取单一点！

照原文理解要找出这个产生最高温度的点，是否要多测几个，取最大值，低于125即合格？

应该是一点，取稳定后的温度

测试时间被定义在这一段里, 意思为考虑可能使用之状况, 而最大温度所取得的点在所有使用状况下所产生, 例如thermal state 作动前为最高温度, 则取那一点为准.

楼主说的是否应该是做温升的时候测试其胶件的温度，大身外侧距出风口1/2寸温度不能超过75K，不过你说的25.4mm 有点不懂了。

用细小热电偶在出风口转动，寻找最高温度点，然后仃在那里，检测到稳定状态，温度不再升高，这时不超过标准即为合格。
