1)变压器 cross over tape 是怎么弄的，起什么作用？
60950那个条款有要求到cross over tape
2)如下这段话该怎么理解？
Per UL60950
2.10.5.12 Wire in wound components
Where two winding wires, or one winding wire and another wire, are in contact inside the wound

component, crossing each other at an angle between 45° and 90° and subject to winding

tension, protection against mechanical stress shall be provided. This protection can be

achieved, for example, by providing physical separation in the form of insulating sleeving or

sheet material, or by using double the required number of insulation layers.

当绕组组件中两根绕组线或一根绕组线和另一根导线接触并相互成45°～90°角之间任一角度，并承受绕组拉伸，则应当提供机械应力防护，例如这种保护可以通过绝缘套管或片状材料或使用绝缘要求层数的两倍来提供物理隔离.

可以用加TUBE或加TAPE的方法来满足要求
