Except as permitted in 2.3.2.1 b), in the event of a single fault (see 1.4.14), the voltages between 1 z3 S _6 r5 B" v7 x0 {
any two conductors of the SELV CIRCUIT or CIRCUITS and between any one such conductor and earth
( |6 p5 g, [' k: m! S; ` I4 g(see 1.4.9) shall not exceed 42,4 V peak, or 60 V d.c. (V1 in Figure 2E) for longer than 200 ms.

就是说60950故障条件下0-200ms之内可是71V peak 或者120V dc。
