Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. 5 ]3 l( A, u# f
Name of Product: Offset Patio Umbrellas6 H* ?" F! a% Q2 n) b2 g
Units: About 60* u0 U0 ]7 W. _4 y$ m0 i
Importer: The Home Depot, of Atlanta, Ga.
$ w, R! A2 H% \) _% DHazard: The patio umbrella and its pole could tip over and strike consumers if the umbrella抯 collar or sleeve is not removed prior to closing the umbrella, posing a risk of impact injury to consumers./ j$ I. h5 `$ }; {) }
Incidents/Injuries: Home Depot has received one report of a recalled patio umbrella tipping over and breaking. No injuries have been reported.
