举个例子来说,比如一个取暖器,控制面板有一个温控器(thermostat]) 旋钮,这个旋钮的shaft 是金属的,knob 是塑料的.假如这个旋钮很容易被施以轴向力,故能根据22.11被50N 的力拉开,那么这个产品肯定不符合安规了,因为这个温控器的金属轴是延伸至器具内部的,而基本绝缘的失效可能是某个内部导线破损而与金属轴接触,Knob如果可以被50N力拉开则不符合安规了. 但是如果不能拉开,则符合,因为就算内部基本绝缘失效,温控外部的塑料knob也能提供附加绝缘的要求. 不知道大家对于这条标准有什么看法? |
