制造商与生产商的区别

在CCC证书上分别有制造商与生产商，请问它们的区别是什么？

生产商就是生产厂，制造商可以是，也可以不是的啦!另外还可以是申请人哟，或者中间商

在不同的生产模式下，一个工厂可以扮演不同的角色，具体请参考附件说明。

制造商是这个产品的负责人，设计者。一个产品只能有一个制造商。但是一个产品可以有不同的生产商，生产商只负责生产，并不对这个产品负责，也就是说产品的质量等控制是有制造商负责的。也就是说产品出了问题，找的是制造商。
这个这IECEE 的文件中是有规定的。

根据IECEE 02这个文件，定义如下：
3.7
manufacturer
an organisation, situated at a stated location or stated locations, that carries out or controls such stages in the manufacture, assessment, verification, handling and storage of a product. A Manufacturer has full responsibility for continued compliance of the product with the relevant requirements and undertakes all obligations in that connection.
3.8
factory
the location at which the product is produced or assembled and follow-up service is established by the NCB

在GS认证中,铭牌上显示的制造商名称,必须与证书持证人为同一人.
