Induction hotplates are supplied at rated voltage and operated with a steel disk placed on the centre of the cooking zone. The disk has a thickness of 6mm and the smallest diameter, rounded up to the nearest centimetre, which allows the appliance to operate.
这一条的作用是什么。
做这块钢盘不容易做啊，要选择很多次才对。你们是怎么做的呢。

1，这个钢盘直径一般在6－8cm之间吧，而且是以cm为计数单位的。可以做5，6，7，8放着留用啊。这个没什么难的吧
2，IEC的标准没仔细看。国内的标准是不超过＋115％额定功率即合格。但是如果你宣称遵守其他标准，如QB/T 1236 则需要满足90％～105％的标准要求。最新的又改为了93％～105％了。
3，油温达不到180摄氏度的电磁炉用起来肯定不舒服。一般炒菜或者煎炸理想油温就在180摄氏度附近，超过200摄氏度油会冒烟了。再说了，你看看104图的锅，其中间是凹的，一般温度检测是在中间部位，这样的话电磁炉应该不会那么容易保护的，所以肯定可以达到180摄氏度的。问题是保持应该比较困难，只有靠手动了。

对于我们这些把e文丢了很久的人来说看IEC 原版的很累。·.·

忘记回答1的其中一个问题了。
; p+ p2 W. ~$ T这个测试的作用应该是考虑到小物件是否会加热问题，比如钥匙，汤匙，首饰等。可以避免安全隐患。

这个很容易调的，就按照标准做，一般都有准备了好几个看盘的，电磁炉没有钢锅是不会运行的，这个试验的目的就是用最小的钢盘产生涡流使得电磁炉运行，这个情况应该比较恶劣吧

如果你的电磁炉不是混合功能的，电磁炉按照电动类考核是合格的。

做正常温升时，如果油温度只有160多度时电磁炉的温度保护了，油温达不到180 oC +-4 oC ，

油放少一点，如果确实是这中情况，通知客户，如果客户不肯改，就在报告中注明这个情况，一般是客户为了通过试验，调低了温度，出货的时候就不一样了，用来烧菜的锅不可能只有160度的，否者卖不出去的。

补充下第三点，如果正常测试时，你的测试条件都是正确的，那么达不到180就保护，是不允许的。11.8有说。最好建议客户把程序改一下，把感应温度调高点。
