VDE插头温升新要求

从2008年8月21日开始，VDE在进行
DIN VDE 0620-1:2005-04的测试时，将按照新要求进行温升测试。

测试电流如下：
0,5 mm² 3,1 A;
0,75 mm² 12,5 A;
1,0 mm² 20A
1,5 mm² 20 A

如果测试失败，VDE证书上将加印以下内容：
The above mentioned plugs with cord are not unlimited suitable for use
on cord extension sets, cord sets, portable multiple socket-outlets,
cable reels and equipment with integrated socket-outlets according this
standard, which did not have a suitable current limiting means.

（大意：以上列明的插头在应用于电源延长线、电源线、接线板、电缆盘、内置插座的设备等情况下，不是“无限适用”的）

新版本的0620还没有发布，预计2008年底或者2009年上半年发布Amendment。因此没有更详细的信息了。

如果一定要一个说法，可以参见以下信息：

The proposition of "Committee for Technical Work Equipment and Consumer
Products (AtAV)" dated 2008-05-20 to cancel the standard DIN VDE
0620:2005-04 (Plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar
purposes) from the list of "presumption of conformity afflicted
standards" has been acepted during a written decision procedure
(mentioned in a notification from the agency of AtAV with date
2008-08-21).
For this reason it is necessary to complement the testing process of
standard DIN VDE 0620-1:2005-04 with the new relevant safety
regulations.
That means for example that for the unlimited use of plugs additional
temperature rise tests with higher current must be performed (0,5 mm²
with 3,1 A; 0,75 mm² with 12,5 A; 1,0 mm² and 1,5 mm² with 20 A).
If it is not possible to perform this temperature rise tests with the
higher currents or the required results will not be fulfilled, the usage
of the plugs must be limited in the approval.

但是请注意：客户可以选择是否选作新要求的温升。如果选择不做，那么证书上会打印我在第一个帖子中提到的内容。
