这是IEC 60335-1的一个老决议了,几年前就看过,一直没弄明白,其中的图形怎么这么模糊,CTL或OSM的专家也有时不认真啊!呵呵。

试想如果在适用IEC60950-1的开关电源(SMPS)的SELV电路接到保护接地端子上或保护连接导体上。是否可以用手摸呢?

: ~7 \( x4 B& M J- Cl 19.20.1 Live parts of SELV-circuits shall not be connected to protective earth, to live parts, or protective earth conductors forming part of other circuits.
