[其它标准产品] 60950 clause 4.3.12 可燃液体测试问题

60950-1中的4.3.12条要求对可燃气化物浓度进行取样检测,要求在设备周边环境中,浓度不大于其爆炸限值的50%,在点燃源附件不大于爆炸限值的25%。

+ b  ^) r1 a! C8 \0 o现有一喷码机,使用丁酮墨水,需要按此条检测,疑问是,标准中只说在正常使用下,那么检测应该在多大房间内进行?是通风还是密闭?因为喷码机销售后在实际使用中按照使用者的环境运行,多大房间,通风情况均不确定,有其他相关标准有规定吗?! V7 v1 C* e" o% _5 W1 r

% o4 _, k2 F# kIf a flammable liquid is used in equipment, the liquid shall be kept in a closed reservoir,
0 e& F" q$ v( O, r1 T$ E5 Sexcept for the amount needed for the functioning of the equipment. The maximum quantity of
" T0 s2 O7 j* D: V3 X! x. Q! }flammable liquid stored in an equipment shall in general be not more than 5 l. If, however, the
  k9 t) a4 L3 i* O5 D5 W* Pusage of liquid is such that more than 5 l is consumed in 8 h, it is permitted to increase the5 v$ ~/ q9 b4 t5 }
quantity stored to that required for an 8 h operation.) a, S( G( s2 N/ C8 U+ T4 B

7 \% N2 D: {' s  r& x- q- j. ?Oil or equivalent liquids used for lubrication or in a hydraulic system shall have a flash point
& q$ O& Y( g2 ^5 ^; ]) ^of 149 °C or higher, and the reservoir shall be of sealed construction. The system shall have
. {( P/ Y( M* l* k; b- f+ Wprovision for expansion of the liquid and shall incorporate means for pressure relief. This
# y  V1 q! |: f9 P, j! s0 r- J5 ]$ drequirement is not applicable to lubricating oils that are applied to points of friction in
# A. S# Q# |8 n  Bquantities that would contribute negligible fuel to a fire.
* Z& ^$ T4 e6 A! {. X$ J
& n- m2 |% d2 R  J; k4 @6 fExcept under conditions given below, replenishable liquids such as printing inks shall have a
  Z8 I* \  K- u  ]flash point of 60 °C or higher, and shall not be under sufficient pressure to cause atomization.
# t- O2 K' h  A, D, B) VReplenishable flammable liquids that have a flash point of less than 60 °C or that are under
# w( m: a3 h8 ?# M$ h( G3 _sufficient pressure to cause atomization are permitted provided inspection shows that there is0 V+ m% i. N. _
no likelihood of liquid sprays or build-up of flammable vapour-air mixtures that could cause1 \( M# t$ p+ j! U# y
explosion or create a fire hazard. Under normal operating conditions, equipment using a8 j1 G/ f- L, v  s
flammable liquid shall not generate a mixture with a concentration exceeding one quarter of5 z* y0 L5 {5 E6 G
the EXPLOSION LIMIT if the mixture is in proximity to an ignition source, or exceeding half the
2 ]$ W2 ?6 W  {6 F4 {EXPLOSION LIMIT if the mixture is not in proximity to an ignition source. The investigation shall
! {. _: U# o0 w1 m& Ialso take into account the integrity of the liquid handling system. The liquid handling system6 X; s; v$ C% W) R4 B
shall be suitably housed or constructed so that risk of fire or explosion is reduced, even under
0 s/ ]' g1 I+ o2 Gthe test conditions specified in 4.2.5.* @# i0 l$ I! m8 L! n, c: W  b

' ]. f% O9 {: c4 m& T5 o& ]Compliance is checked by inspection and, where necessary, by the following test.' D% q( ?; l1 e1 n7 M* x
The equipment is operated in accordance with 4.5.2 until its temperature stabilizes. In this
0 m7 W* F% I( a7 a+ R6 ccondition, the equipment is operated in a normal manner, as directed in the operating
+ T9 W' r5 {- \" e2 D8 ~! Dinstructions, and samples of the atmosphere in the vicinity of the electrical components and
2 g, j. P9 U/ q! zaround the equipment are taken to determine the concentration of flammable vapours present.
7 E6 {4 h8 f- I" t; m( ySamples of the atmosphere are taken at 4 min intervals; four samples to be taken during# M5 H; r0 @5 P4 g9 Q$ X. I: [
normal operation, then seven samples after the equipment has stopped.

5 y) K: b: C: p9 d5 _If, after the equipment has stopped, the concentration of flammable vapours appears to be
/ R" F& E5 y4 x6 P$ I5 Y# M# a, n! Nincreasing, samples shall continue to be taken at 4 min intervals until the concentration is
4 f" L7 x" z. r0 j4 t- i1 f- Nshown to be decreasing.( v! s% ?! t# O9 K! n! v! h- i" Y7 Q0 s

+ @4 o/ s( N+ }7 `If an abnormal operation of the equipment is possible with any of its fans not running, this$ q$ H4 \7 u/ I7 S  h  e# {+ v  u
condition is simulated during this compliance test.

这个在标准是没有明确规定,所以只是我们只是需要理解“正常使用下”,按照正常理解是你所列举的情况都可以的,但是做内部设计认证最好按照最严酷等级来进行,做实验室认证,一般有专门实验室,没有特殊要求,看是否按照常规情况进行!
