美标电器的接地连续性测试

在UL 标准，看到具体某一产品的 Grouding-Continuity Test 章节的时候，似乎都没有说应该使用多少的电流去测试，印象某些资料说中说的是用25A电流进行测试，一分钟，地阻值得不大于0.1欧姆，但是具体出处不知道在哪里？本来看了下UL467,但是似乎还是找不到答案。望各位给予指点，一起研究一下！

从UL1082上截取的：
29 Resistance of Grounding Test
29.1 The resistance between the point of connection of the equipment-grounding means at or within the
appliance and any other point in the grounding circuit of the appliance shall not exceed 0.1 ohms.
29.2 Compliance with the requirement in 29.1 is to be determined by:
a) A resistance-measuring instrument, or
b) Passing an alternating current of at least 25 amperes from a power supply of not more than
12 volts from the grounding pin of the attachment plug cap to a point in the grounding circuit,
and then measuring the resulting drop in potential between the two points. The resistance in
ohms is to be determined by dividing the drop in potential in volts by the current in amperes
passing between the two points.

看了下UL1082,很受用，谢谢！UL标准的确是个需要琢磨的活儿：）很多东西都需要在不同的出处去查找

请教各位高手们一个问题，为什么中国和台湾的接地连续性打25A，北美的打2倍断路电流，加拿大的打40A，60950标准上也没有明确说明，是因为北美和加拿大的breakdown电流不一样么？还是怎么情况？请高手指点指点，非常感谢！

这个看UL 的datasheet是最好的，很多测试要求标准里未必写得详细，而datasheet会将每个步骤都写得清清楚楚
