澳洲小家电电线长度是否应该包括插头长度

在AS/NZS 60335.1标准中，电线长度的描述在25章中提及的长度的测量方式是:these cords may only be used if their nominal length does not exxceed 2 m between the point where the cord enters the appliance and the entry to the plug

在AS/NZS 3100中提及到了the length shall be measured from the body of the equipment at the point where the cord or appliance connector enters the body, irrespective of the length of any cord protector, to the centre of the live pins on the face of the plug

显然一个是不包括插头，一个是到插头的平面位置，请问大佬澳洲电线长度是否和欧洲的一样不需要包括插头的长度，谢谢

需要看一下AS/NZS 3100标准的1.1 scope:
This Standard specifies the general safety requirements for, or with respect to, equipment
(including fittings, accessories, appliances and apparatus) of classes and types that are used
in, or intended for use in, or in connection with, electrical installations in buildings, structures,
and premises. It is not applicable to an appliance within the scope of AS/NZS 60335.1 or a part
2 of this standard, except where an approval and test specification makes reference to this
standard.
