小白发问：标准原文是下面这样，那对于标有电压上下限，比如220~240V，1000W的电动器具，到底是上下限电压都要测试功率，还是只测试230V的功率，怎么判断输入功率是否和电压算数平均值有关呢。 Test carried out at upper and lower limits of theranges for appliances with one or more ratedvoltage ranges, unless the rated power input is related to the arithmeticmean value

看产品标称，只标1000W这个功率按算术平均值进行测试，否则分别测试2个电压，分别标出功率。

电压上下限差值不超过电压10%的,按照电压上下限的平均值测试.电压上下限差值超过电压10%的,按照下限和上限都测试.

比如适配器标100-240V, 上下限值超了10%, 就不能按电压的算数平均值算。

8.1.2 For tools marked with more than one rated voltage, a rated voltage range or with
more than one rated voltage range, the rated input for each of these voltages shall be
marked.
The upper and lower limits of the rated power input shall be marked on the tool so that the
