看产品标称，只标1000W这个功率按算术平均值进行测试，否则分别测试2个电压，分别标出功率。

电压上下限差值不超过电压10%的,按照电压上下限的平均值测试.电压上下限差值超过电压10%的,按照下限和上限都测试.

比如适配器标100-240V, 上下限值超了10%, 就不能按电压的算数平均值算。
