关于产品DC电源线的管控问题？

产品内置电源输出5V3.5A +/-16V /0.25A,输出电源线需要管控吗？EN62368
6.5.1 Requirements
In PS2 circuits or PS3 circuits, the insulation on internal or external wiring shall pass the test
methods described below.
For conductors with a cross-sectional area of 0,5 mm 2 or greater, the test methods in
IEC 60332-1 -2 and IEC 60332-1 -3 shall be used.
For conductors with a cross-sectional area of less than 0,5 mm 2 , the test methods in
IEC 60332-2-2 shall be used.
For both internal and external wiring, the test method described in IEC/TS 60695-1 1 -21 may
be used instead of the test methods in IEC 60332-1 -2, IEC 60332-1 -3 or IEC 60332-2-2.
