• We will test in accordance with regulatory guidelines regarding accessibility and exceptions

product inclusive of brand name, country of origin, importer of record, and/or purchase order) W) [( v4 ~& y4 k% b- P

• For imported items, the Phthalate compliance must be noted to receive a certificate of5 @; J$ r- `4 J9 ~: d6 n
compliance. On “domestic purchase orders, Toys R Us Canada will periodically request- m% N' m5 s: E; P( ?0 M2 \2 }
documentation supporting the Phthalate mandate.+ z( u8 ~8 I4 [- ?
• All items within scope of AB 1108, CPSIA, or EU phthalate directive must be “P4” compliant8 ]: l: g7 {' g9 O* K& r( a
(i.e. not contain greater than 0.1% w/w of DEHP, DBP, BBP, or DnHP). Mouthable items% X, g$ P8 {$ p! C# P
must additionally not contain <0.1% DnOP, DIDP, or DINP (“P7” compliant).
( I o5 v2 }2 T• Phthalates will be tested in surface coatings; also inaccessible components may be tested
