Question: In § 4 of IEC 61048 and in § 3 of IEC 61049 rules for sampling plan are provided.

Similarly, the capacitor with the minimum capacitance per unit area shall also be

Decision: For the time being to apply the following proposed solution:
( ]4 B! n# Q! d! iWhen the above case occurs, each group referred to in § 11 of IEC 61048 or in § 4
2 E. Q) t- w" _5 e* @7 |) a/ Kof IEC 61049 shall contain as nearly as possible equal numbers of capacitors of the
1 F! H& i. @/ x0 F) }3 ]+ y- zhighest capacitance and of capacitors with capacitance per unit surface area! A7 G3 Q5 j+ n' v6 ^
exceeding that of the maximum capacitance value in the range by 10% or greater.- _% _2 o; h! ^4 S H" E
Similarly, each of those groups, shall contain as nearly as possible equal numbers of
) I; W z# z! n) P5 Q+ ?capacitors of the lowest capacitance and of capacitors with capacitance per unit

2 U G1 x1 Q- O- 12 (13) capacitors of the highest capacitance in the range;
1 Z, `' F& G$ ^+ ]- 13 (12) capacitors with the maximum capacitance per unit surface area exceeding that of the
