EN60335-1中25.14条款电源线弯曲测试后怎么检查？

家电电器做了电源线弯曲测试后，是否需要通过耐压测试来判定结果？我看到EN/IEC60335-1标准中并没明确指出要用耐压来判定，为什么很多人说需要通过耐压来判定？通过观察和试验指不行吗？如果需要进行耐压测试，那么该使用哪个标准打高压，是适用产品标准？还是适用单独的电源线标准？

应该检查线芯断裂不能超过总芯数的10%

除了这个要求还有其他要求呢！
The test shall not result in
–  a short circuit between the conductors, such that the current exceeds a value equal to
twice the  rated current  of the appliance;
–  a breakage of more than 10 % of the strands of any conductor;
–  separation of the conductor from its terminal;
–  loosening of any cord guard;
–  damage to the cord or cord guard which could impair compliance with this standard;
–  broken strands piercing the insulation and becoming accessible.
