楔形探针主要是模拟哪种危险呢?

楔形探针(Wedge probe)

IEC62368中附录V1.5有用到楔形探针，图figure V.5
这个主要是用来模拟哪种危险或失效呢？比如手指型探针是模拟人手指的可触及性，那这个楔形探针呢？
请教~

卖很多很多很多，但是一直没去看标准怎么用，就是看怎么做

，不过这东西一直一来是碎纸机专用的，难道新标准有变化？

这个只在8.5.4.2 Equipment having an electromechanical device for destruction of media提到过一次，应该是专门针对碎纸机这类切、绞类设备设计的，关键想不通这个到底在模拟什么

谁闲着没事拿个楔子往碎纸口里塞啊，而且就算塞也不会有啥伤害啊，除非是模拟人体，但人身上又找不到类似的部件...

感觉这个应该不是模拟手掌，这个探针跟人手的尺寸比例差太多了，哪怕小孩的也没这么小，顶部才2mm

猜测：
这个WEDGE测试是要用力的，设计成楔形应该看会不会用力导致开口变大，碰到运动部件导致伤害。
模拟的大概是手指，绞碎的时候有牵拉力，可能把手指拉扯进去导致伤害。

The applied forces required by NAF.4.4.2 that are to be applied to the accessibility probe/wedge
(45 N for strip-cut and 90N for cross-cut) were selected based primarily on data in the December
2004 U.S. CPSC Report, An Evaluation of Finger Injuries Associated with Home Document
(Paper) Shredder Machines. This Report documented the pull forces that were associated with
sheets of paper being pulled into typical document (paper) shredders via the document feed
opening (and that can similarly pull fingers). These forces are associated with the document
feed opening only.
Since the National Differences in Annex NAF.4.4.2 supplement the requirements in the base
IEC 60950-1 standard (Clauses 1-7), to also demonstrate compliance with IEC 60950-1 the
normal IEC probes (jointed & unjointed) also should be applied, including under force (up to
30N) when specified, in accordance with 4.4.2 (Protection in operator access area).

不管你信不信，他确实是模拟人手掌是否能接触运动部件的可能性。
该手掌并不是IEC62368的自身原创，它是源于（抄袭）UL60950的国家差异：
NAF.4.4 Protection against hazardous moving parts
NAF.4.4.2 Protection in operator access areas
For HOUSEHOLD/HOME OFFICE DOCUMENT SHREDDERS, a warning statement shall not be used in lieu of
construction features that prevent access to hazardous moving parts.
For HOUSEHOLD/HOME OFFICE DOCUMENT SHREDDERS, the following additional compliance criteria apply:
The articulated accessibility probe illustrated in figur NAF.1 shall be inserted into
each opening in the MECHANICAL ENCLOSURE, without appreciable force. The probe shall
not contact hazardous moving parts. This consideration applies to all sides of the
mechanical enclosure when the document shredder is mounted as intended.
The accessibility probe/wedge illustrated in figure NAF.2 and NAF.3 shall be inserted
into each opening in the MECHANICAL ENCLOSURE. A force not exceeding 45 N for strip-cut
type HOUSEHOLD/HOME OFFICE DOCUMENT SHREDDERS and not exceeding 90 N for cross-cut
type HOUSEHOLD/HOME OFFICE DOCUMENT SHREDDERS shall be applied to the probe/wedge in
any direction relative to the opening. Before application of the accessibility probe/
wedge, any MECHANICAL ENCLOSURES or guards that are removable without the use of a
tool shall be removed. The probe/wedge shall not contact hazardous moving parts,
including shredding rollers/mechanisms.
NOTE It is permissible for the mass of the accessibility probe/wedge to be factored into the overall applied force specifie above.

手指有PA100A的要求考虑。
碎纸机有其特殊性，根据碎纸机碎纸类型有不同的测试力度要求。
