or c).
; ~. R4 p5 u( y d; A+ ua) They meet the CLEARANCE and CREEPAGE DISTANCE requirements for FUNCTIONAL

# I) c8 X, A: j7 |7 \b) They withstand the electric strength tests for FUNCTIONAL INSULATION in 5.2.2.& h; n: y4 k% Q' Q% N" H& j
c) They are short-circuited where a short-circuit could cause

overheated is of V-1 CLASS MATERIAL, or
