前天在超市里看到有几款动物形状的台灯，外观看起来还不错。

对于家电类来说也规定了外观不能设计成动物形状，否则很难做EN及IEC标准的。

台灯可以做成动物形的,但测试时有特殊要求.

7 a% ^) {7 e7 h' R) GIEC的见IEC60598-2-10(童灯)的要求. 包括任何表面(包括白炽灯泡的玻璃)不大于70度, 有盖毛毯的异常温升测试, 等等.

IEC的见IEC60598-2-10(童灯)的要求:
Specifies requirements for portable child-appealing luminaires for use with tungsten filament lamps on supply voltages not exceeding 24 V (SELV).
高于24 V 的就不能用IEC60598-2-10来评估

灯具没有规定外形是否是动物形状。但家电就不行。GB4076.1-2005  22.44器具外壳的形状和装饰，不应使器具容易被孩子当作玩具。
