UL球泡灯耐压事宜

各位大侠：

UL1993中，对于LED球泡灯耐压测试如下这段话怎么理解：因为我司的LED球泡灯打直流时LED也会坏掉，是否按照这个要求进行每天进行抽检就行了，不用100%全检？？

The test may be performed before final assembly if the test represents the completed product.
D.1.5 A device employing a solid-state component that is not relied upon to reduce a risk of electric shock
and that can be damaged by the dielectric potential may be tested before the component is electrically
connected provided that a random sampling of each day’s production is tested at the potential specified
in Table D.1. The circuitry may be rearranged for the purpose of the test to reduce the likelihood of
solid-state component damage while retaining representative dielectric stress of the circuit.
