根据定义：
3.6.1: non-detachable part
part that can only be removed or opened with the aid of a tool or a part that fulfills the test of 22.11

part that can be removed without the aid of a tool, a part that is removed in accordance with the instructions for use, even if a tool is needed for removal, or a part that does not fulfil the test of 22.11

还有3.6.2中的NOTE 3该怎么理解？

- h$ w: B5 L% t9 h而根据3.6.1： 不可拆卸部件是指：只有使用工具才能移开或者打开的部件或能通过22.11测试的部件

咨询了技术经理后，理清了，给有同样疑问的朋友做个参考：
: U1 a% z# J5 n- L; ^- T0 z' j3.6.2中说的是：在使用时需要拆卸掉的部件，就认为是可拆卸部件。
NOTE 1中 的安装过程中拆卸掉的部件不认为可拆卸部件。
8 G8 K( b# R! F. |5 X( F6 ]6 h* SNOTE 3中 的可以打开是指使用时需要打开的部件（比如冰箱、微波炉的门）也认为是可拆卸部件。

可拆卸部件分：
（1）在说明书中明确告知用户 （而非安装人员）要打开的均属于可拆部件，既使需使用工具。
（2）不需工具就可拆开的

不可拆卸部件：像电脑小音响,一般与外壳连在一起,你是拔不出来的.

发现一个误区, 大家请注意, non-detachable part 和not datachable的定义范围是不同的,不要翻成中文统统成了不可拆卸部件就混为一谈了.
