T% I' p如图为一支玩具枪的弹射物，黄色部分为EVA材料，端部为黑色塑料，客户指定按照ASTM F963-11来做测试。测试结果是在主轴向拉力施加至50N左右时，不是黑色端部脱落就是黄色EVA从中间断开，脱落或断开部分均为小零件。按照“4.21.1.1 No projectile intended to be fired from a toy shallhave any sharp edges, sharp points, or small parts that would fit within the cylinder shown in Fig. 3.”我判定该样品不符合现行F963的要求。请教给位同行，如果遇到这种案例该怎么判，还有就是如果判定不合格又该如何整改。谢谢

肯定不合格 弹射物也要做滥用测试的。

我也判为不合格，但是客户说拿到香港BV，对方什么都没说就出给报告了，还说美国海关对这方面也不是特别在意

这样的情况要看脱落或者断裂后是否还可能用弹射器发射，如果不能用来发射的话也是合格的。
